Hola!
Winding things down in Cuzco-so much to share with you but am finding it frustrating using a keyboard the size of a graham cracker to type these posts. We spent yesterday watching an offering ceremony performed by a real-deal shaman, involving coca leaves and sugary foods and a couple of unintended tears shed by our group (okay- mostly me). This camelid watched us from a distance. His fur is so thick you can bury your hand in it.

Karen, many compliments on your athletic fingers and your nimble brain, keeping us home-bound folks entertained and awed at all you are experiencing (well, the parts you are sharing anyway:)) Thanks once again for your dedication to us bloggers waiting for the latest gems from you.
Mmmmm... graham cracker keyboard... where can I get one? Incidentally, the camelid was probably keeping it's distance to avoid people burying their hands in it's fur.
Either that or he noticed that there were a few smokers in your group. I hear the camelid is also quite flammable.
