Although you only have time for a few lines and sparse photos, the flicker site showed us more images you uploaded. Very interesting exercise for me to try to piece all the pictures together for the journey.

Are those dogs masons? How do they get the bricks up there?

Are they wild dogs? Are they on the roof cause of the fear of being trampled or being cooked for dinner? I have heard of monkeys, cats, but not dogs. Sounds like your enjoying your travels. Take care and have a safe trip back to USA.

Hi, friends! Thank you for forgiving me my dog obsession. Huanchaco seemed to have an inordinate supply of them - no one would have noticed had I snatched one for the journey home.
