We are more than just a little elated that we're going to have milk bottles delivered to our house each week from a local farm here in Colorado. We've been jealously watching the milk man deliver products to our neighbors for years, and now that E is "whole milk enabled" (he's 1 year old) we're ready to join la leche club (not to be mistaken with the breastfeeding one). How cool is that? We haven't seen this kind of delivery service since rural Vermont, when trucks would bring lemonade and dairy products out to your home. The Engineer just added butter, eggs, and soy to next week's order. How can we ever leave Colorado?

Milk Boy!

Jima: Do it! It's a really good deal, better than store prices. (Not to mention we can share the $25 "milk money" they give us if we refer you).
how i used to love going to get the bag of milk thrown on our yard like the morning paper. your post reminded me of that :)
